• Vividus is a creative and strategy network at the forefront of building robust futures for business. We integrate imagination, experience, and future thinking in a unique mix of logic and magic.

Our human-centric approach draws on a large and growing network of experienced, creative and conscious co-creators from across disciplines and industries. Harnessing the power of diverse perspectives, and with our unique processes honed through experience, we approach any challenge with vitality —revealing unexpected opportunities within existing organisations or building sustainable and resilient businesses from scratch.

We're here to empower owners, investors and leaders to understand the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow, and build creative business solutions that will have a lasting and positive impact on the world.

  • We start by deep listening. We believe in the power of collaboration at all levels within an organisation, surfacing key viewpoints and capacities. With a research-first approach open to inspiration at every turn, we leverage customer analysis with organisational and industry data to explore opportunities with clarity and purpose.

Our cross-functional network brings fresh perspectives to every project, driven by experience, imagination and future-thinking. At Vividus, we are committed to a radical creativity and a relentless curiosity. We always ask: does the project have spirit? Will it make a positive impact? Is there space for it to thrive? And most importantly, what unique value can we add?

And because of our combined experience in delivering flagship future-reaching projects for real-life businesses, we don’t simply hand you a strategy document at the end of the project — we help bring ideas to life in a sustainable and achievable way.

  • We work with business owners, investors, and leaders to reinvent the way they do business.

Whether you know you need to do something differently but aren’t sure where to start, or you have identified a particular challenge on the horizon you need to address, or you have a defined strategy that requires unique support to implement, Vividus brings together research, logic, creativity, experience and imagination to identify opportunities and co-create solutions, transforming your business at every level.
